Just for you, a marvellous array of dishes: poached egg with Charroux mustard, homemade terrine with hazelnuts and shallot marmalade, tender salmon with Puy green lentils dressed in a crispy shell, duckling charlotte with pears and spices...All to be enjoyed in the elegant decor of the air-conditioned dining room with soft background music.
